Cancellation Policy for P Pro Media (A Main Source Media Productions)

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

At Main Source Media (P.Pro Media,) we strive to provide exceptional photography services to our clients. To maintain the efficiency of our operations and uphold our commitment to our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice: Deposit Refund Policy 
   We value our time and our clients. To receive a full refund of any deposits over the $50 flat rate non-refundable booking fee, clients must provide at least 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of photography sessions or events.

The $50 Flat Rate Booking Fee is non-refundable.

Includes the following Creative Booking Fee:

The $50 flat rate booking fee is the creative fee that provides time to hold requested appointment space, consultation time and session creative advisory, and the creation and delivery of invoice contracts.

2. Cancellation Notice on behalf of the “Photographer:” Due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, if the photographer needs to reschedule or cancel 72 hours before, a full refund, plus a $50.00 booking fee, will be issued, and an additional generous discount credit at the photographer’s discretion will be awarded to reschedule the photo session for the general inconvenience to the customer.

Refunds in General: No Show, No Refund of $50.00 Booking Fee. Refund of Package deals and services after purchase:  No-Show, To reschedule, a full deposit will be required to book another session. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Fundamental Client Dissatisfaction: ALL SALES ARE FINAL—extreme technical image quality issues to be discussed with the photographer. We are happy that you have chosen us to provide you with the professional, quality photo shoots you desire. We trust that you have reviewed our work and photography style and found the quality you are searching for, and we trust that we can provide you with a rewarding experience in a photo shoot. We aim to please. No refunds are given based on general dissatisfaction of no cause. We do not use Photoshop or unnatural filtered images. Images are of High-definition, High-Resolution quality with general standard edits and standard tone enhancements.

 Note: Photographing Uncooperative Children or Babies: Your allotted time should be enough to capture the desired precious moments. We would like to ask parents to schedule babies ages 0- 6 weeks to capture babies for the newborn fresh 48 hr look. Babies should be fed and ready for a long nap no more than 30 minutes before the scheduled shoot. Sometimes, babies or children do not cooperate no matter what is done to achieve beautiful, flowing photos—examples: excessive crying, unsettled or moving the entire session without comfort, or failure to feed or schedule around nap time. The photographer will decide if  Additional time will be spent up to 30 minutes past your scheduled photo session to accommodate, at no extra charge. Any time after this, you may be billed an extra small fee or an additional charge or will be required to reschedule if necessary for an additional cost. This also applies to Cake Smash and the baby’s first birthdays. The charge will be communicated as an additional stay beyond the time fee.

3. Booking Fee Appointment Confirmation: Final confirmation booking requires a
   A non-refundable deposit of $50.00. The total selected package fee is sent by invoice before the photo session with any pre-pay or discounts credited. You must pay for your photo session in full 72 hours before your photo session. No photos will be created or edited until all creative fees are paid. Appointments are confirmed by email, phone, or video call. Your invoice will include your session fee and contract to provide service, as well as all options for payment selection and copyright notice of ownership of images and print release.
4. Rescheduling: 72-Hour Notice required. $50.00 Booking Fee (non-refundable)
   Clients may reschedule their session without penalty with a new nonrefundable deposit fee of $50.00, subject to the photographer’s availability if they do so within 72 hours’ notice of their confirmed appointment date. Only the new $50 fee will be applied to the latest session.
5. Exceptional Emergency Circumstances:
   In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or emergencies, P Pro Media may consider exceptions to this policy at the owner’s discretion.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. By booking our photography services, you will acknowledge and agree to follow the terms mentioned above.
