General Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing PPRO MEDIA (Main Source Media Productions). By booking our photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable retainer fee of $50.00 is required to secure your session date.
• The remaining balance is due on or 72 hours before the session”.
• Payments can be made via payment methods, credit card, or cash.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the session.
• Sessions may be rescheduled once with an additional $50 booking fee.
• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer fee. If notice is given, a full deposit is required after the first cancellation.

3. Session Details

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session duration. Extended Sessions may require an additional deposit.
• Photographer reserves the right to terminate a session due to inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or uncooperative subject (Such as babies or children)

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

• All images are the creative property of P PRO MEDIA (Main Source Media Productions) and are protected by copyright. Owner Jacquetta Daye
• Clients receive a personal license to print and share images for non-commercial use. The client owns the picture for personal use only.
• Original Images are deleted after purchase when the gallery time limit expires. Images used for marketing purposes will be used with model release consent from the client for the image.
• Commercial usage requires a separate agreement and additional fees. Copyright ownership belongs to the photographer on all images used for commercial publication. Commercial use includes images used for monetary gain by professional publications. This does not include General Modeling. Using photos for high-end commercial and editorial publications may require a residual – or one-time license fee.

5  Image Delivery and Editing

Clients are not permitted to apply filters or make any edits that alter the images beyond the professional processing provided by the photographer. Any modifications that change the final delivered images, such as applying color filters, cropping, or retouching, are strictly prohibited. This ensures the integrity and artistic quality of the photographer’s work is maintained.

• Final edited images will be delivered within [advertised session delivery time]
• Requests for additional edits beyond the agreed package are not available.

6. General Liability

• The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, or technical issues) that may impact the session or delivery.
• Liability for injury or property damage during the session is limited to the cost of the service.
• Liability for shooting on-location, outdoors, in a natural environment: The photographer will make all attempts to shoot in a safe location that is presumed safe with standard access of use, such as streets, parks, homes, and any outdoor or indoor area. The photographer assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during sessions conducted in natural outdoor environments. Clients understand and accept the inherent risks associated with such locations, including but not limited to uneven terrain, falls, insects or any animal, pest bites, weather conditions, and exposure in public settings. Clients participate at their own risk and are responsible for their safety and that of any accompanying individuals.

7. Model Release (Required and Used for marketing when shared and displayed on social media or the P Pro Media Website.

• If our business chooses your photo to display on social media or any business marketing material or website, you will sign a separate Model Release form permitting us to use your photo for marketing purposes. By participating in the session, you grant permission for P Pro Media to use your images and likeness for promotional purposes with the separate permission Model Release agreement. If you choose NOT to allow us to use your photos for publication, your photos will be deleted two weeks after purchase.

8. Agreement

• By booking your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
